Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy** ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE AND GOES TOWARDS REMAINING BALANCE - **Cancellation Policy**: - A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows. - A 100% cancellation fee applies if the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled time. - If you cancel outside the 24-hour window of scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged. Any cancellations made after that 24-hour window may incur a fee based on the above terms. -**Rescheduling Policy**: 1. Cancellation of Existing Appointment: To reschedule, the current appointment must be officially canceled. 2. Non-transferable Deposit: The deposit from the original appointment cannot be transferred to the new one. 3. Forfeited Deposit: The deposit from the canceled appointment is forfeited, meaning the customer will lose the original deposit. 4. New Deposit Required: A new deposit must be paid for the rescheduled appointment.
